Mr. Folabi Ayoola is the co-founder and partner at Octave Partners. He has over 20 years of varied professional experience in the United States and Africa spanning venture capital, private equity, business & financial advisory, strategy, entrepreneurship, operations, and engineering.

In his current role, Mr. Ayoola has been involved in several transactions worth hundreds of millions of US dollars. He has fundraised, funded, founded, and advised companies in different industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, logistics, consumer products, utilities, and agriculture, to mention a few.

He has gained experience from top-tier international and local companies including, but not limited to, Booz & Co (a top management consulting firm), Merck and AstraZeneca (two of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world), Avante Capital Partners (a financial advisory company) and Travant Capital (a private equity firm).

He is currently a board director at Agusto and Co, a research and credit rating company, and also seats on the board of a few technology-enabled companies. Mr. Ayoola graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2007. He also holds a B.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston where he graduated with honours and was Elected to Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honour Society.

Kehinde Oduguwa is a Business Strategist with over fifteen years of professional experience across various industries. He has worked as a Management Consultant with leading risk and people management consulting firms in Nigeria specializing in Strategic Planning/Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Operations Strategy, Retreat Facilitation, and Business Planning.

He has worked with world-class organizations including Standard Chartered Bank & KPMG and has advised several clients in different sectors covering financial services, oil & gas, healthcare, real estate, lottery, logistics, and media & entertainment, on optimal operating models, market analysis & penetration strategy, business process optimization, and start-up advisory services.

He is a graduate of Babcock University, Nigeria with honors in Banking & Finance, has certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Chiamaka has experience in financial and business advisory services including due diligence reporting, fundraising, financial modeling, and business planning. A chartered accountant; she has worked with global organizations including Ernst and Young and KPMG.

She has also worked with clients in the energy, health, financial services, and manufacturing industries as a financial adviser.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babcock University, Nigeria, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Ayo has over 14 years of experience in entrepreneurship, commercial banking, management consulting, business advisory, and regulatory compliance. His skill set includes business strategy, project management, start-up incubation, fundraising, business process design & review, leadership & teamworking, stakeholder management, change management, organization structure design, market assessment, proposals & license management.

He has advised several clients in both the public & private sectors, covering Fast Moving Consumer Markets (FMCG), Information Technology, Financial Services, and Agriculture, and worked as Management Consultant at KPMG.

He has a bachelor of science in computer science from Covenant University and PRINCE 2 foundation certification.

Temitope is experienced in strategy, operations, process optimization, project and change management. She is great at process review, process development, and improvement.

She has advised several clients covering financial technology, financial services, retail outlets, etc on optimal operating models and market and customer acquisition.

She has a bachelor of science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK, a fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, FCCA, and project management professional (PMP).

Oluseun has over ten years of experience in entrepreneurship, business management, and development, product marketing, and business advisory.

He is skilled at project management, marketing, start-up incubation, fundraising, business process design & review, and stakeholder management.

He co-founded two tech startups and has worked with and consulted for clients in the public & private sectors, including Technology (SAAS), Financial Services, Logistics, and Real Estate companies.

He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and has certifications in corporate communications, product management, product marketing, and project management.
